We want to share an important update with you: Prosper Paws Mobile Veterinary Clinic will be discontinuing our mobile services, as we enter an exciting transition period. We are currently in the early stages of planning to open a permanent brick-and-mortar location to better serve you and your pets with expanded care options in a dedicated space.
During this transition, we are pleased to let you know that Dr. Montelongo will be seeing patients at Eagle Veterinary Hospital. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Montelongo at Eagle Veterinary Hospital, please call 210-822-5211 or visit them online at www.eagle-vet.com and let them know you are a client of Prosper Paws! This ensures continuity of care and provides a convenient option for our clients.
If your pet is on regular medications, we encourage you to visit your normal veterinarian to request any further refills, as we will no longer be authorizing prescriptions. For pets receiving regular injections or vaccinations, it’s especially important to establish care with another veterinarian during this time.
We are so grateful for your continued support and trust as we move into this next chapter. It has been our greatest honor to care for your pets, and we look forward to welcoming you back when our new location opens.

We will not be automatically transferring medical records to any other clinics. However, records will be available upon request.
If you would like a copy of your pet’s medical records sent to you or another veterinary clinic, please complete our online request form below.
If no email address is provided for the receiving clinic, records will be sent directly to you, and you will be responsible for forwarding them.
